Privacy statement
We handle the personal information you send us in line with the Australian Privacy Principles, and we collect only what an enquiry needs.
- Who we are
- PFAS Endpoint, 200 Kensington Road, Marryatville SA 5068. Questions about this statement go to [email protected].
- What we collect
- What you type into the enquiry form or send by email: your name, organisation, email address, a phone number if you give one, and the site documents you choose to share.
- Why we collect it
- To reply to your enquiry, to screen your site and, if you engage us, to carry out the work. We do not use your details for marketing, and we do not keep mailing lists.
- Who sees it
- The people working on your enquiry. Where a step needs a laboratory, a contractor or an auditor, they receive the site data the step requires and no more. We do not sell or share personal information otherwise, and we do not publish client names without written consent.
- Confidential documents
- A non-disclosure agreement can be put in place before you send any document. Site reports are stored on access-controlled systems and are not published.
- Cookies and analytics
- This site uses no analytics and sets no tracking cookies. The enquiry form sends what you type to our mail server and nowhere else.
- How long we keep it
- Correspondence is held in our email and records systems. Records of work we carry out are kept for at least seven years, as tax, audit and professional obligations require. Personal information is deleted or de-identified when it is no longer needed for these purposes.
- Access, correction and deletion
- Ask at [email protected] and we will tell you what we hold about you and correct it, or delete it where no legal or professional obligation requires us to keep it. If you are unhappy with our answer you may complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
