Discreet. Rapid. Diligent.
Three promises, each with a number behind it. No forty-page proposal before a conversation, and one senior point of contact from the first call to the last certificate.
Three promises
Discreet
Confidential from the first call. We do not name a client in any material without written consent, and a non-disclosure agreement is available before you send us anything.
Rapid
A reply within one working day. A written site screen within five working days, at a fixed fee. A treatability result within three weeks of your sample arriving.
Diligent
Every result from a NATA-accredited laboratory, with paired samples and untreated controls. Specifications written for review by a certified site contamination practitioner. The statutory audit stays independent of us.
Five steps, each one on the record
You can stop after any step. Each one ends with a document you keep, whether or not you go further with us.
- 1 · One working day
Screen
We read the data you already have and tell you whether treatment can change the outcome, and what it would save.
- 2 · Three weeks from sample arrival
Test
Candidate treatments are tested on your own soil, side by side with untreated controls.
- 3 · With the treatability report
Specify
Treatment, dose, method, hold time and validation sampling are written down for your consultant to adopt.
- 4 · Local contractors, our checks
Treat
Local contractors carry out the works to the specification. We check quality on site, batch by batch.
- 5 · Certificates to your auditor
Verify
Paired laboratory results and the full treatment record go to your consultant and your auditor.
The people on your job
One point of contact, and the right specialist at each step. We are small enough to answer the phone and connected enough to bring in the people a PFAS job needs.
- Senior point of contact
- A director of PFAS Endpoint takes the first call and stays with the job to the last certificate.
- Environmental chemistry
- An environmental chemist with a research background in how PFAS behaves in soil advises on treatability test design and on reading the results.
- Engineering
- Engineers who turn a treatability result into a specification a contractor can price and build: dose, mixing method, hold time and validation sampling.
- Quality verification
- A quality reviewer who is not part of the delivery team checks each batch against the specification and signs the treatment record.
- Certified practitioner
- Specifications are written for review and sign-off by the certified site contamination practitioner on your job.
- Laboratories
- NATA-accredited laboratories analyse every sample. You receive their certificates of analysis.
- Contractors
- Local contractors carry out the works to our specification, with our checks on site.
- Independent auditor
- Appointed by you, never by us. We prepare the records the auditor needs and never audit our own work.
Why we do this work. PFAS stays in soil and water for a very long time, and the people who live and work near affected land carry the consequences. We believe land should be returned to good use, and that the communities around it are owed treatment that is measured carefully and reported truthfully. PFAS Endpoint is an Australian business with no product to sell: we specify what your soil's treatability result supports, at the cost that makes sense for your site.
Next step
Send us what you have
The classification letter, the laboratory reports, the tonnage and your current disposal quote, or whichever of them you hold. A reply within one working day, in confidence.
